Within Delta Light we are working on a project on sustainable career policy with the name Pure Progress HR. We receive support and subsidy from the ESF (European Social Fund).
Today, Delta Light is a brand with a strong reputation in the lighting market. There are many opportunities, but we also face major challenges, and tackling these all requires a lot of resources. We want to improve our overall career policy and strive for various improvements at different times in the career so that we achieve a better HR policy in its totality so that new employees can better enter, move on and exclude as little as possible. For this we carry out concrete actions on our job descriptions, recruitment and selection, reception of new employees and an outflow policy so that we can limit the outflow to a minimum.
