When architect Andrey Ovcharenko received an order to create a revitalization project for a townhouse in Kaliningrad, he faced a very vast and difficult task: he had to completely rethink the inner structure of an existing building, develop an interior design project and give the old facade a new life.The main features of the new look of the townhouse include functionality, conciseness and an abundance of natural materials – for the project the author chose copper, brick and granite paving stones. Thanks to the competently designed and implemented lighting solutions by Delta Light, the interior of the house is filled with light and air, and the beautiful facade is now looking better than ever with the subtle accents the light created. These lighting fixtures from our portfolio were used in the project: KIX, KIX PIN and AULA.
