Project information

Welcome to Nowe Orlowo, an apartment designed by Anna Maria Sokolowska. The area of the apartment is about 140 m2 and has 4 rooms. Upon entering the apartment, we find ourselves in a long, spacious corridor, which leads to all the rooms in the apartment. The corridor connects directly to the open living room area with a seating area and TV, and a smaller living area with kitchen and dining area. Due to the fact that the apartment is located on the ground floor from both parts we have an exit to the terrace, which is additionally covered with a system of folding glass walls, which makes us create an additional space of higher temperature than in the winter.

The living room is a space with a large comfortable corner and a TV enclosure completely enclosed by fronts. Behind the front side of the building are hidden high speakers, a great place to hide the equipment so that the space was clean and kept its simplicity. In addition, the corner at the dressing room complements an interesting bookshelf in its form. The complete color element in the form of a carpet. Floors are another element that connects spaces, thanks to which we do not have formal divisions. The kitchen is mainly glass connections. Dark graphite kitchen fronts are made of matte glass which gives an extraordinary effect.

Finally, white glass panels are mounted on the wall above the tabletop, with Delta Light iMax fixtures embedded in the ceiling. The slow-hanging cooker is also finished with glass elements and forms the entire composition with the wall above the table top. The complement of the space is a table with an oak top and steel skylight painted white. Black mesh blinds and Delta Light Splitline profiles are embedded in the ceiling for minimalistic lighting that perfectly complements the entire arrangement.
